To me it looks like the type on lines 1 and 4-6 is ITC Franklin (1980).2 -

Incidentally, the FONTastic Plus manual has better, more helpful, and more in-depth information on FOND and NFNT resources than anything else I've looked at, including Inside Macintosh.1
